Sometimes plans change. Here's how to reschedule or cancel your coaching sessions.
Rescheduling a Session
How to Reschedule
- Go to Dashboard > Sessions
- Find the session you want to reschedule
- Click the menu icon (⋯) and select Reschedule
- Select a new date and time from available slots
- Optionally add a reason for rescheduling
- Click Reschedule to confirm
Rescheduling Rules
The rescheduling process depends on how much notice you give:

|---|---|
| More than 48 hours | Instant reschedule - session moves automatically |
| 24-48 hours | Requires coach approval |
| Less than 24 hours | Cannot reschedule - please cancel instead |
When Approval is Required
If you reschedule between 24-48 hours before your session:
- Your reschedule request is sent to the coach
- You'll see a "Reschedule Request Pending" badge on your session
- The coach has 48 hours to approve or reject
- You'll be notified once they respond
- If approved, the session moves to the new time
- If rejected or expired, the session stays at the original time
Best Practices
- Reschedule as early as possible to avoid needing approval
- Choose a time you can commit to
- Add a reason when rescheduling to help your coach understand
- Check for approval status if you rescheduled within 48 hours

How to Cancel
- Go to Dashboard > Sessions
- Find the session you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Session
- Select a reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
Cancellation Policies
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:

Each coach sets their own cancellation policy. Check their profile for specific terms before booking.
Free Intro Calls
- Can be cancelled anytime
- No payment involved, so no refund needed
- Still courteous to cancel early if possible
What Happens When You Cancel
For Paid Sessions
- Session is removed from your schedule
- Refund processed (if eligible) within 5-10 business days
- Coach notified of the cancellation
- Time slot reopens for others to book
For Intro Calls
- Session is removed from schedule
- Coach notified of cancellation
- No payment to process
If Your Coach Reschedules
If your coach needs to change the session time:
- The session is moved instantly to the new time
- You'll receive a notification with the new date and time
- The coach may provide a reason for the change
- Contact your coach if the new time doesn't work for you
If Your Coach Cancels
Sometimes coaches need to cancel too:
What to Expect
- You'll receive an email notification
- A full refund is automatically processed
- You can rebook with the same coach
- Or find another coach if preferred
Frequent Cancellations
If a coach cancels frequently:
- Consider finding a different coach
- Check reviews for reliability feedback
- Contact support if there's an issue
No-Shows
If You Miss a Session
- No refund is typically provided
- The session counts as completed
- Message your coach to explain
- Some coaches may offer a one-time exception
If Your Coach Doesn't Show
Wait 10-15 minutes, then:
- Send a message to check if they're joining
- If no response, leave the call
- Contact support for a full refund
- Consider booking with a different coach
Emergency Cancellations
Life emergencies happen. If you have an emergency:
- Cancel the session as soon as possible
- Message your coach explaining the situation
- Contact support if you need help with refund
- Most coaches are understanding about genuine emergencies
Requesting a Different Coach
If you've had sessions but want to switch coaches:
- Cancel any upcoming sessions (with proper notice)
- Browse for a new coach
- Book an intro call with your new choice
- No penalty for switching coaches
You're never locked into working with a specific coach. Find someone who's the right fit for you.

Can I get a refund if I don't like my session?
We don't offer refunds for completed sessions. That's why we recommend:
- Starting with a free intro call
- Booking one session at a time initially
- Communicating concerns to your coach
What if I have technical issues and miss my session?
Contact support immediately with details:
- What happened
- When it occurred
- Any error messages
We'll work with you and the coach to find a fair solution.
Can I pause my sessions temporarily?
Yes! Simply don't book new sessions. When you're ready:
- Return to the platform
- Book with your existing coach
- Or find a new coach
There's no subscription to pause - you only pay per session.
