Creating Your Account

Get started with Coachive by creating your account.

Sign Up

Via Email

1. Go to coachive.com
2. Click Sign Up in the top right
3. Enter your email address
4. Create a strong password
5. Click Create Account
6. Check your email for a verification link
7. Click the link to verify your account

Via Social Login

You can also sign up using:

• Google: Click "Continue with Google"
• Apple: Click "Continue with Apple" (coming soon)

Completing Your Profile

After signing up, complete your basic profile:

Required Information

• Name: Your display name
• Profile Photo: Upload a photo (recommended)

Optional Information

• Bio or about section
• Location/timezone
• Preferred language

Account Settings

Access your settings at Settings > Account:

Email

• Change your email address
• Email is used for login and notifications

Password

• Change your password
• Use a strong, unique password

Notifications

Configure which emails you receive:

• Session reminders
• New messages
• Marketing updates

Privacy

• Profile visibility settings
• Data preferences

Security

Two-Factor Authentication

For extra security, enable 2FA:

1. Go to Settings > Security
2. Click Enable 2FA
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
4. Enter the verification code
5. Save your backup codes

Session Management

View and manage active sessions:

• See all devices logged into your account
• Log out of other devices remotely

Deleting Your Account

If you need to delete your account:

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Scroll to Danger Zone
3. Click Delete Account
4. Confirm by entering your password
5. Your data will be permanently deleted
