Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit Cards: Most major debit cards
- Apple Pay: On supported devices
- Google Pay: On supported devices
How Payments Work
When You're Charged
- Free intro calls: No charge
- Paid sessions: Charged when you book
What's Included
Your session fee includes:
- The coaching session itself
- Platform features (video call, messaging)
- Session notes and follow-up
Secure Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card details.
Viewing Your Billing
Payment History
Go to Settings > Billing to see:
- All past payments
- Payment dates and amounts
- Receipts (downloadable)
Receipts
After each payment, you'll receive:
- Email receipt
- In-app receipt (downloadable PDF)
Refunds
Cancellation Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:

| 48+ hours before | Full refund |
| 24-48 hours before | Depends on coach policy |
| Less than 24 hours | Usually no refund |
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent your session:
- Contact the coach immediately
- Try to reschedule
- If unresolved, contact support for a refund
Requesting a Refund
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Find the payment
- Click Request Refund
- Explain the reason
- We'll review within 2-3 business days
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Pricing FAQ
Do coaches set their own rates?
Yes, each coach sets their own hourly rate. This allows you to find options that fit your budget.
Are there any platform fees?
No hidden fees for clients. The price you see is what you pay.
Can I book packages?
Some coaches offer session packages at a discount. Check individual coach profiles for package options.
