Free Intro Calls

No payment is required for intro calls, so no refund is needed if you cancel.

How to Request a Refund

For Cancellations

When you cancel a session with eligible notice:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Sessions
  2. Click Cancel Session
  3. Refund is processed automatically if eligible
  4. Check your email for confirmation

For Other Issues

If you need a refund for another reason:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Find the payment in question
  3. Click Request Refund
  4. Describe the reason
  5. Submit your request

Response Time

  • Automatic refunds: Processed immediately
  • Manual requests: Reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Email confirmation: Sent when refund is approved

Refund Processing

How Long Does It Take?

Once approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: 5-10 business days

The time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Where Does the Refund Go?

Refunds are returned to your original payment method:

  • Same card you used to pay
  • Same digital wallet account

We cannot refund to a different card or payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

Common Refund Scenarios

Session Quality Issues

We don't offer refunds for:

  • Sessions you didn't enjoy
  • Coaching style differences
  • Not meeting expectations

Why? Coaching is subjective, and quality is hard to measure. That's why we:

  • Offer free intro calls to test fit
  • Encourage trying different coaches
  • Provide reviews to help you choose

If you have concerns: Message your coach directly. Most are happy to address issues.

Technical Problems

If platform issues prevented your session:

  1. Document what happened - Screenshots, error messages
  2. Contact support immediately - Don't wait
  3. We'll investigate - Check logs and confirm issue
  4. Refund or reschedule - We'll make it right

Coach Didn't Show Up

If your coach didn't join:

  1. Wait 15 minutes in the call room
  2. Send them a message
  3. Leave the call
  4. Contact support
  5. Full refund will be issued

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly:

  1. Check Settings > Billing for details
  2. Contact support with transaction info
  3. We'll investigate and correct any errors
  4. Refund issued for any overcharges

Disputes

If Your Refund Request is Denied

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied:

  1. Reply to the decision email with additional details
  2. Provide evidence (screenshots, messages, etc.)
  3. We'll review again with a different team member

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage contacting us before filing a chargeback:

  • We want to resolve issues directly
  • Chargebacks can take months to resolve
  • Your account may be restricted during disputes

Tips to Avoid Needing Refunds

Before Booking

  • Read the coach's profile thoroughly
  • Check their reviews
  • Book a free intro call first
  • Understand their cancellation policy

Before Sessions

  • Set calendar reminders
  • Test your tech setup in advance
  • Have a backup plan for emergencies

Communication

  • Message your coach if issues arise
  • Be upfront about concerns
  • Work together to find solutions

FAQ

Can I get a partial refund?

In some cases, yes:

  • If you had to leave early due to technical issues
  • If significant time was lost to platform problems
  • Decided case-by-case by support

What if my card expired?

If your original card is no longer valid:

  1. Contact support
  2. We may be able to refund to a different method
  3. Or issue account credit

Are there any non-refundable fees?

No hidden fees. If you're eligible for a refund, you get the full amount back.

Can I get a refund for multiple sessions?

Each session is handled individually. Contact support with details of each session you're requesting a refund for.
