How to sign up and set up your Coachive coach account
Creating Your Account
Get started with Coachive by creating your coach account.
Sign Up
Via Email
- Go to coachive.com
- Click Sign Up in the top right
- Enter your email address
- Create a strong password
- Click Create Account
- Check your email for a verification link
- Click the link to verify your account
Via Social Login
You can also sign up using:
- Google: Click "Continue with Google"
- Apple: Click "Continue with Apple" (coming soon)
Becoming a Coach
After creating your account, you'll need to apply to become a coach:
- Go to Dashboard
- Click Become a Coach
- Complete the application form
- Submit for review

Account Settings
Access your settings at Settings > Account:
- Change your email address
- Email is used for login and notifications
Password
- Change your password
- Use a strong, unique password
Notifications
Configure which emails you receive:
- Session reminders
- New booking requests
- Client messages
- Payout notifications
Privacy
- Profile visibility settings
- Data preferences
Security
Two-Factor Authentication
For extra security, enable 2FA:
- Go to Settings > Security
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code
- Save your backup codes
Session Management
View and manage active sessions:
- See all devices logged into your account
- Log out of other devices remotely
Deleting Your Account
If you need to delete your account:
- Complete or cancel all scheduled sessions
- Withdraw any pending earnings
- Go to Settings > Account
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm by entering your password
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure all client sessions are handled and earnings withdrawn first.
