Learn how to apply to become a coach on Coachive and complete the onboarding process.
Application Process
Step 1: Sign Up
Create your Coachive account using your email address.
Step 2: Start Coach Application
From your dashboard, click Become a Coach to begin the application.
Step 3: Complete Profile Information
You'll be asked to provide:
Personal Information
- Full name
- Profile photo
- Location/timezone
Professional Background
- Bio/about you
- Years of experience
- Coaching specialties
- Credentials and certifications
Practice Details
- Session types offered
- Hourly rate
- Languages spoken
Step 4: Review & Submit
Review your application and submit for approval.
What We Look For
Required
- Relevant coaching experience or certifications
- Professional profile photo
- Complete and honest bio
- Clear specialty focus
Preferred
- Verified credentials (ICF, etc.)
- Video introduction
- Prior coaching testimonials
After Submission
Review Timeline
Applications are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days.
Possible Outcomes
- Approved: You can start accepting clients immediately
- More Information Needed: We may ask for additional details
- Not Approved: We'll explain why and suggest improvements
Getting Approved
To increase your chances:
- Provide a professional, high-quality photo
- Write a detailed, authentic bio
- List specific credentials and certifications
- Be clear about your coaching approach
- Specify your target clients
Setting Up After Approval
Once approved, complete these steps:
- Finish your profile - Add anything missing
- Set availability - Configure your calendar
- Add payment info - Set up your payout method
- Enable intro calls - Allow free intro sessions
- Go live - Make your profile visible
Your profile won't be visible to clients until you complete all required steps and toggle your profile to "active".
